Remove what needs to go. Protect what stays.

Selective demolition means careful work inside a defined scope — not tearing through everything in reach. Precision is a scalpel with work boots, not a wrecking ball with amnesia.

  • Careful removal of the materials named in the estimate
  • Clear boundaries so surrounding finishes and structures stay protected
  • Clean preparation for the next trade or project phase
  • No unnecessary destruction outside the written scope

What the estimate covers — and what it doesn’t

We remove what’s agreed. Surprise demolition is a terrible business model.

  • Every project is subject to site conditions and the written scope.
  • Booked days and any approved expenses may depend on access, material type, volume, equipment, and unexpected conditions.
  • Hazardous-material testing or abatement is not included unless explicitly qualified and contracted.
  • Structural, electrical, plumbing, and specialty-trade work are excluded unless specifically stated in the written agreement.
  • Half day $300 / full day $550 (+ applicable sales tax) for one operator and standard tools. Third-party hauling, containers, and disposal costs are separate when applicable and require approval. Precision does not perform hauling or dump runs.
