Who We Work With
Homeowners, contractors, and property work
Same standards either way: clear scope, controlled removal, and a site left ready for what comes next.
Work is available where the job fits our Washington service area and licensed selective demolition scope.
If the job needs a circus, we’re the wrong phone number.
Homeowners
Clear scope, straightforward estimates, controlled removal, and cleanup before renovation or repair.
- Clarity on what is in scope and what must stay protected
- Straightforward written pricing before committing to the work
- Respect for occupied-home conditions and surrounding finishes
- A site left ready for your next renovation or repair step
General contractors & remodelers
Reliable selective demolition, material handling, and cleanup support that keeps the next phase moving.
- Defined removal outcomes — not open-ended field labor without a stated result
- Accountability to the schedule and scope you set as the project lead
- Reliable material handling and cleanup support within agreed boundaries
- Written scope that names inclusions and exclusions before work begins
Property owners & businesses
Removal, cleanout, and site-preparation work based on the actual property and written scope.
- Scope based on the actual property — not generic assumptions
- Clear boundaries on cleanout, removal, and any Debris Removal Coordination responsibilities
- Light commercial fit understood upfront — selective removal and cleanup, not large-scale commercial demolition
- Transparent handling of disposal and dump fees when applicable
Project Fit
When the work is a good fit
These are common circumstances where selective demolition, tear-outs, cleanup, and jobsite support align with how Precision Demolition operates.
- Interior remodel or repair prep with a defined list of what comes out and what must stay protected
- Selective demolition inside an occupied or active property where boundaries matter as much as removal
- Debris removal, property cleanout, or construction site cleanup with clear material and access limits
- Contractor jobsite support — remodel prep, material handling, turnover cleanup — scoped to a defined outcome
- Exterior or small-structure removal — decks, fences, sheds, exterior materials — within an agreed written scope
- Roofing tear-off support, concrete support, framing support, or siding support where the estimate names the work and limits
Working Relationship
What each group needs from the partnership
The standard is the same — clear scope and controlled removal — but homeowners, contractors, and property owners prioritize different things when deciding whether Precision Demolition is the right fit.
Homeowners
You need direct answers about what will be removed, what will stay intact, and what the written estimate includes before work is authorized.
Occupied-home work requires extra clarity on protection and access — not assumptions about what is obvious on site.
The relationship should feel straightforward: scope you can read, pricing you can compare, and cleanup that leaves the property ready for what you plan next.
General contractors & remodelers
You need a demolition partner who works inside a defined scope and delivers a stated outcome — not open-ended labor billed without a clear result.
Reliability matters: material handling, cleanup, and selective removal that respect your role as project lead and your commitments to other trades and the owner.
The written agreement should name what is included, what is excluded, and what conditions could adjust scope or pricing before additional work proceeds.
Property owners & businesses
You need scope tied to the actual property — volume, material type, access, and disposal needs — rather than a one-size-fits-all cleanout assumption.
Light commercial work requires upfront clarity on fit: selective removal and cleanup within agreed boundaries, not structural, specialty-trade, or regulated abatement work unless separately qualified in writing.
Any third-party disposal or coordination costs should be understood and approved before booking, not discovered after work begins.

Readiness
When a project is ready to evaluate
Fit and readiness are not the same as knowing every process step. A project is easier to assess when scope boundaries are clear, the work fits selective demolition and cleanup scope, and the property is in Washington where we are licensed to operate.
If you can describe what needs to come out, what must stay, and the general conditions of the site, you are in a good position to start.
Jobs with unknown materials, unclear boundaries, or work outside standard selective demolition scope may need additional review before a fit decision is possible.

Fit Boundaries
When additional review is required
Every project is subject to site conditions and the written scope. These limits apply across audiences — not as a rejection list, but as boundaries the estimate must address explicitly.
- Structural engineering, heavy civil, and large-scale commercial demolition are outside standard scope.
- Structural, electrical, plumbing, and specialty-trade work are excluded unless specifically stated in the written agreement.
- Hazardous-material testing, asbestos, lead, mold abatement, and regulated handling require separate qualification and contract.
- Contaminated or unknown materials may be declined or priced with surcharge after review.
- Pricing depends on access, material type, volume, disposal, equipment, and unexpected conditions discovered on site.
- Debris Removal Coordination arranges third-party hauling or containers when approved. Precision does not perform hauling or dump runs.
- Day rates: half day $300 / full day $550 (+ applicable sales tax). Third-party disposal and container costs are separate when applicable and require approval.
